What You'll Do
New Business Development
- Prospect for and develop new commercial insurance relationships through outbound activity and referral channels
- Promote awareness of HUB's products and services to both prospective and existing clients
- Provide input into strategic and tactical sales planning and contribute to a positive, collaborative sales culture
- Share successes and support the development of Commercial Multiline Account Executives where applicable
Existing Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing renewals from information gathering through to final terms review
- Mine the book of business for cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, including coverage extensions, higher limits, lower deductibles, and referrals into Personal Lines, Life and Group Benefits, Private Client Services, and Auto
