Opportunity Description
- Serves as the primary liaison for major, multinational clients, focusing on retaining and growing these accounts through strategic relationship management, sales planning, and coordination of Global Services.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Understanding clients' global needs, collecting feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying and acquiring new potential global clients while developing new business opportunities with existing ones (upsell/cross-sell).
- Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and gathering competitive intelligence within the telecommunications and ICT industries.
- Developing and implementing strategies and processes necessary to achieve objectives.
