Opportunity Description
MISSION
To increase revenue from existing customer base by increasing Coface BI solutions usage within the client organization and upselling new solutions - with the objective to increase client stickiness/retention and maximizing long term revenue.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems as indicated by clients or partners.
- Prepare account plans for outlining plans to meet short, medium & long term revenue objectives
- Provide monthly forecast for the portfolio split by accounts
- Engage with key client stakeholders to increase Coface solution usage and to upsell new Coface solutions
- Monitor the portfolio proactively, highlight any anomalies and prepare recovery plans to get usage/revenue back on track
