+ Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian or Lithuanian or Estonian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through and tactical focus and execution.
+ Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
+ Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
