Opportunity Description
Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding. We are looking for an Account Executive to support our finance operations as we grow.
Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Prepare and submit monthly management accounts or reports in a timely manner Perform bank, inter-company, and accounts receivable reconciliations Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records Ensure accounting operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments, delayed payments, and discrepancies Prepare and process online payments accurately and on time Respond to enquiries relating to orders and finance matters
