Opportunity Description
The primary purpose of the Account Executive HXM North is to position the Human Experience Management portfolio in the territory. The scope of activities spans from business development and hunting of opportunities across a given market, to closing of sales cycles with existing and new customers. The Account Executive HXM North will have a strong functional and product expertise that adds value to customers in their HR strategies.
Core tasks include
- Grow the HXM Success Factors installed base in the territory.
- Generate opportunities through leverage of lead generation campaigns within prospects and existing customers.
- Leverage sales initiatives to create demand generation.
- Build strong and long‑term customer relationships.
- Take full ownership of opportunity, drive teamwork with presales expert, implementation consultants and business partners.
