Opportunity Description

Job Summary

This position supports the execution of the strategic sales and marketing plans for the assigned customers through use of sales and business system ability. The Account Manager will work closely with the Regional Director/Sales VP, sales team, other corporate functional teams, and the factories to maintain and support the business of the assigned customers.

Primary Responsibility

1.Account Farming (External)

• Daily direct interface with customers on day-to-day tactical business issues including:

o Build & maintain strong customer relationships. Be a key contact point between the company, the sites, and customers in AM-related matters. Understand customer’s business and products/production requirements.

o Production planning, logistics, purchasing, and finance services issue resolution.

o Managing upside requests from Customers and working with Factory to support their requests.
