Opportunity Description
The Role
Ensuring client satisfaction across all areas of account management and implementation of client projects from brief and strategy to conception, delivery and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the Agency’s standards, however that may be required . This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively leading the day-to-day communication with clients to ensure they are kept up to date with all aspects of activity (regular phone and email contact) as well as leading face-to-face meetings. Seeking advice intermittently by senior management (as and when appropriate)
