Opportunity Description
SeedSpark is seeking an Account Manager to support client relationships and help ensure long-term satisfaction across an assigned portfolio of SparkNav clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client engagement, monitoring account health, coordinating service delivery, and helping clients realize ongoing value from their partnership with SeedSpark.
The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner while supporting retention and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
This position combines client relationship management, operational coordination, and proactive client engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
