Opportunity Description
The **Account Manager** is a seasoned **C** **ommercial insurance professional** with deep technical knowledge across all commercial products. They independently manage a book of business as the lead client advisor, owning the client relationship end-to-end and delivering accurate coverage, exceptional service and operational excellence aligned with HUB's standards.
This is an in-office role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary advisor on an assigned book of business, owning the client relationship, servicing accounts, and writing new business; partner with Account Executives on supported accounts and may be supported by an insurance advisor
+ Deliver exceptional client service across the full book in alignment with HUB's service standards
+ Participate in formal account reviews and Critical Path meetings
+ Gather client data, build submissions in PolicyWorks or EPIC and prepare comprehensive rate comparisons
