Responsibilities



  • Ensure all orders received into the Customer Service Department are dealt with promptly in line with agreed department targets and timescales.

  • Work to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills.

  • Take ownership of own daily tasks, making sure all orders and queries are cleared and resolved wherever possible at the end of each day.

  • Build effective relationships with customers to enhance service and exceed customer expectations.

  • Identify potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve the problem, offering alternative products or service levels when appropriate.

  • Book in deliveries and provide both written and verbal quotations.
