Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders received into the Customer Service Department are dealt with promptly in line with agreed department targets and timescales.
- Work to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills.
- Take ownership of own daily tasks, making sure all orders and queries are cleared and resolved wherever possible at the end of each day.
- Build effective relationships with customers to enhance service and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve the problem, offering alternative products or service levels when appropriate.
- Book in deliveries and provide both written and verbal quotations.
