Account Manager (Digital Marketing) (Remote, EST US Work Hours)

ENVIRONMENT:

SERVE as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of contractor clients, ensuring they receive consistent value, clear communication, and results-driven service as the next Account Manager wanted by an innovative Digital Marketing Agency. You will own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing management. You won't be executing the marketing work directly -- that's handled by a specialized servicing team -- but you will be accountable for what the client experiences, understands, and achieves. You'll represent the client internally and represent PMP externally, keeping both sides aligned and moving forward. The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years’ relevant experience with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball.
