Job Responsibilities
- Goal Setting & Management:
- Develop channel shipment targets across various channels.
- Enhance channel coverage.
- Drive the implementation and execution of SMR (Sales Management Review).
- Account Management:
- Develop joint business plans and joint marketing plans with channel partners.
- Monitor DOS (Days of Sale) trends through effective management of partner sell-in/sell-out and inventory; formulate rational order plans accordingly.
- Manage channel partner credit, accounts receivable (collections), and rebates.
- Foster and maintain healthy cooperative relationships.
