Job Responsibilities :
- Managing and creating sales in collaboration with team members for a defined set of local government accounts to grow sales revenue, while building strong CXO-level customer relationships and enhancing customer retention.
- Understanding and identifying customer IT&T needs through thorough account planning and profiling to win bids and establish innovative deals.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiating the unique value M1’s offerings provide within this domain.
- Analyzing global market trends, competitor movements, and industry information to strategize effectively with the team and better serve our customers.
- Achieving high customer satisfaction with decision-makers.
- Meeting financial KPIs.
- Developing and executing strategic plans with the team to excel in sales.
