General Purpose:

The Account Manager I (SMB) is primarily responsible for promoting and selling across all TPx Product Service Categories. Ensures that the proper solution is presented to customers, solving their business problem. Focuses on illustrating that TPx is the easiest MSP to do business with while bringing peace of mind to TPx customers. Meets or exceeds monthly quota by assessing customers’ needs; engaging with internal resources to articulate the value of TPx as a business continuity partner; and winning/securing sales based on one or more product service categories.

Manager, SMB Accounts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies managed services sales opportunities within a base of TPx accounts – small to medium size businesses with up to $2,000 MRR.
