Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities for the company's products or services.
- Contact customers to take notes, take orders, and keep track of their needs.
- Demonstrate products to potential clients and inform existing customers about new launches.
- Advise customers on decision-making by explaining the characteristics of different product models.
- Identify possible customer needs for products and/or services.
- Achieve order intake targets and represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization.
- Map the decision‑making structure and business opportunities within the accounts under your responsibility.
- Manage and develop sales channels: set distributor targets, provide training, and conduct visits to strategic clients.
