Responsibilities

  • Perform sales activities for the company's products or services.
  • Contact customers to take notes, take orders, and keep track of their needs.
  • Demonstrate products to potential clients and inform existing customers about new launches.
  • Advise customers on decision-making by explaining the characteristics of different product models.
  • Identify possible customer needs for products and/or services.
  • Achieve order intake targets and represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization.
  • Map the decision‑making structure and business opportunities within the accounts under your responsibility.
