Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As an Account Manager I/II , you will demonstrate excellence in customer service through solid communication and interpersonal skills, engaging face‑to‑face with our membership. By demonstrating your subject‑matter expertise in the financial industry, you will build trust with our members and ask exploratory questions to determine their goals, current and future needs. Working collaboratively, you will provide best advice and create plans to help them achieve their financial goals. This will result in greater member loyalty and increased business for Vancity.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our Shaughnessy Station Community Branch (Branch 33) and will report directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.
