Manage relationships with assigned banking members, optimize member experience and value, and support acquisition targets and revenue growth through effective account management, implementation of solutions focused on member needs, and consistent service quality monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned banking members through regular visits, proactive communication, and problem resolution to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing member portfolios by offering relevant product solutions according to specific member needs to increase value per account.
- Implement onboarding processes for new members by facilitating technical setup, providing product usage training, and ensuring smooth transitions to optimize member experience and accelerate service adoption.
