A specialist labels manufacturing operation is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support its labelling operations. The business offers labelling solutions ranging from high-quality product identification labels to laser labels and specialised equipment such as bar‑code printers. The role is sales and admin‑focused, involving outbound telesales, CRM management, quoting through Syspro, and close coordination with Sales and Operations to meet customer order and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Perform outbound telesales, including confident cold calling. Engage professionally with external customers on queries and sales requirements. Support Sales personnel with administrative and sales‑related tasks. Order Processing & Administration Assist in processing new and repeat orders to meet customer requirements.
