Account Manager Private Banking for CEE

Overview

The Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) supports Relationship Managers by managing client administration, documentation, and day‑to‑day operations. The AM PB ensures high‑quality client service and acts as an independent liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold high standards, including client identification documents, account opening forms, and legal agreements.
• Perform operational account management, clear system alerts, and, when necessary, coordinate with RMs for investment‑related advice.
• Participate in client meetings and, where appropriate, lead parts of the meeting such as documentation, compliance, and client requests.
• Keep client key data current in CRM and other data sets, coordinating with RMs to ensure correct relationship maintenance.
• Interact with clients independently and professionally in all account‑management aspects. <...
