Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Account Manager (AM) to manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of institutional clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from REDD’s products while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing institutional clients across investment, advisory, and corporate sectors
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their workflows, investment strategies, and information needs
- Drive account growth through upselling additional products, licenses, and expanded usage
- Ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and value delivery
