Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Account Planning & Management Manage and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting for new customers through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, conferences, marketing activities, and business networking events. Develop in-depth account plans and conduct comprehensive customer profiling to understand and identify business needs. Work closely with business channel partners, distributors, and technical teams to deliver effective ICT solutions. Ensure orders are accurately processed, delivered, received, and invoiced in a timely manner. Provide prompt follow-up on customer requests, quotations, and sales deliveries. Provide regular updates to Management on sales opportunities, pipeline progress, activities, and market feedback. Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and gross profit (GP) targets. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients and maintain healthy account receivables.
