Opportunity Description
Position Title: Account Manager
Location:Kaohsiung, Taiwan – Onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and increase sales and profitability within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and meet customer needs, provide value-added solutions to develop new business or recover lost accounts, and establish as well as maintain strong relationships with decision-makers of existing and potential customers.
3. Provide technical services, including on-site troubleshooting, application training, and assisting customers with trials.
4. Accurately forecast customer demand and ensure timely collection of payments; support the finance department in managing customer credit to prevent bad debts.
5. Collaborate with other machinery, coating equipment, and raw material suppliers to identify and capture new business opportunities.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
