Account & Client Management - Serve as a key point of contact for the Japanese automotive brand client (regional scope). - Manage the regional marketing asset development workstream, covering product marketing and training materials (e.g., Product Information Guidebooks, Training Event materials, Videos). - Report and present project progress, findings, and solutions to clients in a professional and structured manner. Project Management - Oversee end-to-end project workflow planning, production, and execution phases, ensuring quality standards are met. - Organize and manage day-to-day account operations, including meeting minutes, proposal and presentation preparation, logistics coordination, and financial processes (quotations and invoices). - Track and monitor project timelines; proactively follow up with internal teams and vendors to avoid delays. - Identify potential project complications and provide timely solutions.
