Account manager- whole goods

The Projects Account Manager: Whole Goods (WG) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Whole Goods projects, from order handover through to installation, commissioning, and final customer acceptance. This role acts as the primary point of accountability for project execution within the assigned region, requiring close coordination across internal teams (sales, supply chain, and service) as well as external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in line with customer expectations. While maintaining visibility of the customer relationship, the primary focus is on execution, planning, and delivery. The Projects Account Manager ensures clear communication, manages risks and issues proactively, and maintains control across multiple active projects.
