# Account Receivable SupervisorMay 13, 2026Full TimeApply Now### Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Check if items have been received on the expected dates. • Verify if goods received are in accordance with standards specifications. • Check quantity against invoice. • Prepares and attaches tags to all perishable items such as meat and seafood’s stating the following information: o Name of item. o Name of supplier. o Unit cost. o Date of delivery. • Check unit price against quotation on purchases orders. • Open boxes for inspection. • Weight meat pieces on scale. • Tag individual meat pieces and seafood. • Stamp and sign invoices. • Send food directly to kitchens. • Coordinate with purchasing storekeeper, cost controller. • Schedule supplies delivery times. • Being to cost controller’s attention any problems that need follow-up. • Attend accounting meeting. • Contrary executive chef in case of doubt of quality. • Contrary purchasing recording wrong deliveries. ...
