Cash Application & Account Reconciliation Specialist Contractor Our client, a rapidly scaling technology company, is seeking a Cash Application & Account Reconciliation Specialist to support accounts receivable operations during a period of growth and process improvement. This role is hybrid, at their office in San Francisco, CA. However, remote candidates will be considered. This engagement has a duration of 3 months with the possibility to extend. Responsibilities: Process and apply customer payments across multiple channels with a high degree of accuracy Match payments to open invoices and research unapplied cash or payment discrepancies Perform detailed account reconciliations between ERP records and external sources Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger and resolve variances Support month?end and quarter?end close activities through timely reconciliations Investigate and resolve billing disputes, credits, and adjustments Prepare cash application and reconciliation rep...
