Job Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining
accounting records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and
company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Bank reconciliation and cash management
GST billing, filing support, and tax-related documentation
Prepare financial reports and MIS statements
Assist in payroll processing and salary records
Coordinate with auditors for financial audits
Maintain vendor and customer account records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
