Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepares annual dividend declaration schedule
- Prepares annual dividend declaration Secretary Certificate
- Process payment of final taxes
- Filing of Income Tax Returns of corporations
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 2 years’ experience in the related field
