Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Month closing activity in Oracle ERP
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank receipts and payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns under UAE law
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Prepare ship disbursement PDA and FDA in time
- Issue the AR invoice after completion of the Job
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- AR and AP aging issue
- Maintain proper documentation compliant to control policy
- Prepare cash flow forecast and plan to meet short-term and long-term cash requirements
- AR, AP, financial, and ad hoc reporting
