Staff Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and working within a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform daily cash reconciliations
+ Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
+ Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation
+ Assist with monthly financial statements in accordance with USALI guidelines
+ Support annual budgeting and audit processes
+ Prepare personal property renditions and FF&E draw requests
+ Partner with hotel management and internal teams on accounting-related projects
+ Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies
+ Maintain consistent, professional communication with stakeholders
+ Support additional accounting projects as needed
