Skills Required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Australian accounting or bookkeeping processes
- Background in AP, Finance Administration, or Assistant Accountant roles
- Xero experience highly preferred; Odoo exposure is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Process invoices, payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and finance administration tasks
- Assist with payment allocation, bank reconciliations, and receivables follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations
