Accountant for National Music Centre

Take your accounting career to the next level with the National Music Centre as a full-time Accountant. This in-office position, with one remote day weekly, focuses on full-cycle accounting expertise.

Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, you will join a dedicated finance team. The ideal candidate will possess an accounting diploma or degree along with a minimum of three years of accounting clerk experience. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of QuickBooks Online are advantageous, especially within the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bank reconciliations for NMC and King Eddy
• Facilitate cash deposits and manage cash floats
• Coordinate accounts receivable and invoicing processes
• Prepare cheques, EFTs, and wires during payment runs
• Assist in the annual financial statement audit

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting
