Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly payment run;
  • Working with banking tools for manual payment and intercompany Payments;
  • Forecast and Cash Out;
  • Manage the Vendor account;
  • Create reports;
  • Intercompany reconciliations;
  • Internal communication with other teams;
  • Develop process documentation and support process improvements;
  • Month-end closing. 

    • Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically accounts payable, preferably in a shared service environment;
  • Academic background in accounting or management;
  • Previous working experience with SAP FI;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS...
