Job Title: Financial Accountant

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports
4. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation
6. Assist with audits as needed
7. At least 3 years’ experience in leading a team of Supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Computer literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
3. At least 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable environment
