Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
• Provide management with financial analysis to support decision-making.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory obligations on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed.
