Responsibilities
- Monitor and address project site and facility‑office accounting concerns.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare monthly journal entries.
- Submit client invoices in a timely manner with all required supporting documentation.
- Manage petty‑cash funds and ensure proper recording of cash receipts with authorized approval.
- Reconcile outstanding receivables on a monthly basis.
- Monitor monthly tax compliance.
