Accountant (Marzán)

Jazzya Investments is a Madrid based family office and holding company that operates across multiple disciplines, from fertility to venture capital, providing services to the companies in which it holds shares.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the accounting cycle.
• Support in administrative‑financial matters; organization, correction, and consolidation of accounting.
• Management of bank remittances and payment to suppliers.
• Introduction of accounting entries (invoices received, issued, etc.) into the accounting program.
• Support in bank reconciliations.
• Management of supplier documentation; validation of invoices, payments, communications, etc.
• Support in invoicing and fiscal closings of VAT, personal income tax.
• Periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Financial controlling (budgeting, forecast and deviation analysis, identifying actions, risks, opportunities, and trends).
