Opportunity Description
Purpose: To manage the total accounting function of the club and to produce accurate monthly income and expenditure/ financial statements when required.
Principal Accountabilities:
To communicate daily with the club manager regarding financial status of Club
Set standards of accuracy and quality, manage within the standards.
Control, collect and reconcile all monies from all income centers.
Produce monthly set of accounts relating to Club’s financial position and all reports required by Club manager and treasurer
Manage bank account, bank recons and cash
Comply with statutory requirements on a timely basis
Prepare annual budget with the Club manager
