Accountant Payables and General Ledger

The Position

We are now looking for a Accountant Payables and General Ledger that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

Processing and checking creditor invoices in the electronic workflow system

Managing payment orders

Assisting with processing and checking employee credit cards and expenses claims

Working on monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation

Regularly checking outstanding receivables

Providing support with other tasks related to accounts payable and the general ledger

Dealing with telephone and written enquiries
