Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
- Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts and payments
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records
- Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Verify and reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
