Opportunity Description
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Accountant to support its financial reporting and month-end close processes. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, P&L statements, month-end closing, and cost reports.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations with supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions through data gathering and analysis.
- Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, recommend budget levels, and control expenditures.
- Review financial reports and analyze variances in revenue, expenses, and balance sheets.
