Accountant with Experience in UAE Real Estate Accounting

• Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
• Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
• Support RERA‑related financial requirements and audits

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certifications will advantage
• 2-4 years of UAE accounting experience
• Real estate preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
• Proficiency in Excel
