**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for supporting the accounting and financial reporting of rent and percentage rent activities, including the analysis and reconciliation of related general ledger accounts. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams such as Lease Administration and Legal to ensure rent obligations are accurately recorded and paid in accordance with lease terms.
