Job Description

-Developing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making.
-Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and managing audits.
-Monitoring cash flow to ensure the restaurant has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
-Supervising payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
-Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
-Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.
-Budget planning and variance analysis
-Cost management and cost reduction proposals
-Create a Japanese report related financial status to HQ in Japan
-Handling VISA process
