Accounting and Reporting Specialist

Overview

At Ferring Pharmaceuticals, we help people around the world build families and live better lives. This role is within the Technical Operations division and focuses on supporting operational finance activities across the global manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support P2P, O2C and A2R processes and act as first point of contact for Finance‑BPO issues.
• Conduct retained operational activities, review and approve BPO work to ensure high‑quality compliance with fiscal, civil regulations, company policies and accounting principles.
• Prepare periodic management reports, perform variance analysis, advise and challenge business units with timely proactive analyses, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance ratios and inform stakeholders of unexpected issues affecting financial performance.
