Accounting Associate

**Job Description**

Entry level position responsible for balancing all milk and/or other product receipts shipped into various customer plants for the Western Area. Insuring timely and accurate accounting of all fluid product pounds and components and reviewing all tests results are accurate and in reason for our members/owners and customers.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Operate a computer workstation to input, update, and retrieve data into/from our system and to/from spreadsheets
+ Balancing with customers on units of milk received, including, but limited to tracking down missing manifests/tickets and/or test results
+ Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies with member/owner deviation reports at each balancing period, (first half and final of each month)
+ Communicate with customers, haulers, field representatives, and members when necessary. This can also include other internal divisions or corporate support teams.
