Accounting Associate (Fresh Graduate)

1. Client Visits & Invoicing: Visit clients to obtain sales details and issue accurate invoices based on sales contracts or orders.

2. AR Recording & Revenue Recognition: Accurately record all accounts receivable and recognize related revenue, ensuring timely and precise financial data.

3. Payment Follow-up & Reconciliation: Actively follow up on client payments, manage overdue accounts, and perform timely reconciliation of accounts receivable.

4. Expense Recording & Tax Calculation: Record commissions and other related expenses, and be responsible for calculating relevant Withholding Tax and accounts receivable.

5. Aging Analysis & Balance Verification: Periodically verify the accuracy of accounts receivable balances and perform aging analysis to identify potential risks.
