We are partnering with a CPA firm in Clearwater, FL that is seeking an Accounting Associate / Paraprofessional to join their team on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment. This role is available immediately and will support both accounting and tax-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.)
- Assist with tax planning and compliance activities
- Support general accounting functions including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Work closely with senior accountants and CPAs on client engagements
- Assist during tax season with high-volume workload
