Opportunity Description
Join a dynamic team as an Accounting Associate in the Greater Toronto Area. This in-office role supports high-volume accounts payable transactions and general ledger functions, with one WFH day per week.
You will manage daily AP transactions, matching purchase orders to invoices and entering vendor bills into the ERP system. Additional tasks include monthly reconciliations for bank and credit accounts and generating customer invoices. Your proficiency in Excel and ERP software will be crucial while you support various analytical and filing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high volume of accounts payable transactions
